The Honda Electronics Co., Ltd has three main technical business fields. Although these fields may appear to be different types of industries, what they have in common is the use of ultrasound technology as the core technology.

The Company started with the development of an ultrasound fish echo sounder but then expanded the product line to include a cylindrical vibrator and more precise sounding technology for shallow sea waters, based upon an improved ultrasound technology developed by us.

Today the Company has six business divisions for three different industries which utilize a common core technology. These different business applications each influence the development of an improved, common basic technology using ultrasound techniques, thus creating a synergy which results in a constantly improving core technology.
