Custom Connector Program:
Connectors can be engineered to accommodate custom PC boards in thicknesses of from 0.031” to 0.125”. All connectors are manufactured to customers’ exacting specifications. Pin and insulators accommodating operating temperature ranges of -65 degrees C to 250 degrees C, are available. A variety of options are available for mounting ears, contact loads, molded keys, and selective or full platings. Special right-angle, card extender, and SMT bends are offered together with a large selection of termination tail lengths. Also provided are high cycle, dip solder, full loop/hair pin, wire wrap, cantilever, and eyelet contacts. Connectors can be engineered to accommodate a variety of insertion forces.
